  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from dispatch
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped

International Shipping

  • Carrier: Royal Mail Business
  • Cost: Shown at checkout (based on weight, size, and destination)
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Europe: 5–10 business days
    • North America: 7–14 business days
    • Asia & Oceania: 7–15 business days
    • Africa & South America: 10–20 business days

  • Customs: Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Tracking: Provided by email once dispatched

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Important Information

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address before ordering. If a package is returned, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are not given for incorrect addresses.
