2. Non - Refundable Items (Hygiene & Safety )

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used beauty or skincare products
  • Products not returned in their original, unopened packaging
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Incorrect Purchases :

We kindly ask customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and ingredients before completing a purchase.

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items purchased incorrectly due to customer error.
  • This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

4 . Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect terms  : 

We take great care in packaging all orders. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will be happy to assist.

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue (including the outer packaging) must be provided
  • Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances and stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address :

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • We are unable to issue refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details.

6.   Return Shipping Costs (UK & International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for arranging return postage using a suitable postal or courier service.

UK Returns :

• For approved UK returns, customers should use a suitable UK postal or courier service.

• Beauty By Lyndsey may reimburse approved return shipping costs where agreed in advance and where a valid postage receipt is provided.

International Returns:

• For approved international returns, customers should arrange return postage through their local postal service or courier in their country of residence.

• This helps avoid delays, address errors, customs issues, and courier restrictions between countries.

• Beauty By Lyndsey may reimburse approved return shipping costs where agreed in advance and where a valid postage receipt is provided.

• Any reimbursement of return shipping costs is at the sole discretion of Beauty By Lyndsey and will only be considered once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customs Charges :

• Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, clearance fees, handling fees, or similar charges associated with an international return remain the responsibility of the customer.

• Beauty By Lyndsey does not reimburse customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges.

7.  Refund Process :

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of confirmation
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Please note that it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

That last change is important because it protects Beauty By Lyndsey  from refunding before the item is actually back in your possession.
